Teste Dessert of the Day: Please cup your hands together for Ben & Jerry’s newest ice cream flavor: Schweddy Balls.

First revealed in an interview with former Saturday Night Live cast member Ana Gasteyer, the flavor — named after the infamous SNL skit starring Gasteyer, Molly Shannon, and Alec Baldwin as Pete Schweddy — combines rum-hinted vanilla ice cream and fudge-covered rum and malt balls.

“For a long time, I thought that ‘Here Lies Pete Schweddy’ would end up on my tombstone,” Baldwin said in a press release. “Now, thanks to Ben & Jerry’s, the goodness of the Schweddy family recipe won’t go with me to the great beyond. It is immortalized here, right now, and it’s an ice cream. Ben & Jerry’s and Schweddy. Two great names in American dessert, together at last.”
